The Baker men and women’s tennis teams completed their seasons at the HAAC Tournament April 29 in Springfield, Mo.
The men’s team did not come away with any wins, while freshman Caitlin Metseff and sophomore Lauren Thames clenched the only win for the women in their doubles match.
The women were seeded sixth and played No. 3 seed Missouri Valley College.
“It was a tough season just because we didn’t taste too much success,” Ahmadian said. “But those tough years is what gives you experience for future matches.”
Looking toward next season, the men’s team is losing senior Stephen Donly and has three freshmen coming in. The women’s team will lose all but three players, but have two new players signed already.
