College Kitchen: No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Snackies

What You Need:

  • Creamy Peanut Butter (If you are allergic, Nutella can be substituted.)
  • Nestle Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Morsels
  • 1 packet of Quaker Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
  • Medium-sized bowl
  • Spoon
  • Plate

 

Process

  1. Put 3 large spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter (or Nutella) into the bowl.
  2. Microwave the bowl of peanut butter for 30 seconds or until fully melted.
  3. Empty packet of Quaker Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal into bowl with melted peanut butter. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour in 2 to 3 handfuls of Nestle Semi-Sweet morsels. Stir until blended.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the plate. Each scoop should be the size of the spoon (making a ball that’s an inch or two around).
  6. Place the plate in the fridge for an hour or until the peanut butter has stiffened.
