The Baker University men’s soccer team defeated Graceland 2-1 in the HAAC Conference Tournament quarterfinals on Saturday, Nov. 8, in Lamoni, Iowa. This win sends the ‘Cats to face their rival in Olathe, the Mid-America Nazarene Pioneers, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday for semifinals.

The men’s soccer team defeated Central Methodist University 4-1 Nov. 1 at Liston Stadium. Its record improves to 6-8-3 and 2-3-2 in the conference.

The men’s soccer team was 29 seconds from losing back-to-back games until freshman Alec Feist scored the equalizer to force overtime Oct. 24 at Avila. After 20 minutes of extra time, the game resulted in a 1-1 draw.

Soccer teams take on conference rival

The Baker University women’s soccer team defeated the Mid-America Nazarene University Pioneers 1-0 on Tuesday at Liston Stadium. This victory puts the Wildcats at 8-5 on the year and 1-2 in the HAAC. Following the women's victory, the men's team fought in a 110 minute overtime game that resulted in a 1-1 draw.

Soccer splits with Culver-Stockton

The Baker University soccer teams hosted the Culver-Stockton College Wildcats Saturday at Liston Stadium. The women lost 3-0, while the men won 2-0.

Soccer teams fall in conference openers

Both the men's and women's soccer teams opened up conference action with a loss to Benedictine College in Atchison. The men fell 1-0, and the women lost 3-0.

Men's soccer wins fourth straight in extra time

The men’s soccer team won a thriller against Ottawa University in extra time, 4-3. Amer Didic scored his third game-winning goal of the season for the Wildcats as the team's record moved to 4-4-1 with its fourth consecutive win.
