Volleyball team looks for strong conference tourney run

After starting the season 3-14, the Baker University volleyball team has a chance to finish the regular season with a winning record in conference play. Even as expectations have tempered from before the season started, the Wildcats still hope to make a deep run in the upcoming Heart of America Athletic Conference Tournament.

The Baker University volleyball team is now 2-3 in the Heart after winning back-to-back conference games over Benedictine and Graceland. The 'Cats are 5-15 overall.

The Baker volleyball team earned its first Heart of America Athletic Conference win on Dig Pink Night. The Wildcats defeated Benedictine in four sets (25-17, 21-25, 25-20, 26-24). The win put Baker at 4-14 overall, 1-3 in the Heart.
