Bettge tries out for USA volleyball team

Volleyball falls in HAAC Tournament

At a final record of 15-17, the Baker volleyball team ended its season in the first round of the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Tournament on Nov. 8. Culver Stockton University, the No. 4 seed, topped the ‘Cats in three sets 25-21, 25-19, 25-17.

Volleyball loses final conference match

The volleyball team lost to Evangel University, 15-25, 15-25, 23-25, to put the women at 14-16 overall and 4-5 in conference play.

Volleyball loses fifth straight

The Baker volleyball team’s losing streak increased to five after a loss on Oct. 21 to Culver-Stockton University, 22-25, 26-24, 25-22, 25-21.

Volleyball swept at Grand View

The Wildcats lost all four matches this weekend in Des Moines, Iowa, at the Grand View University Tournament. This series of losses evens out the Wildcats overall record to 15-12 and leaves the conference record unaffected at 4-2.

The Baker University volleyball team lost its second consecutive conference loss in five sets to Graceland University on Tuesday. The Wildcats are now 14-8 overall and 3-2 in HAAC action.

Volleyball loses first conference match

The Baker University volleyball team took a hit on Thursday when it lost a Heart of America Athletic Conference match for the first time this season. The Wildcats fell to their rival, MidAmerica Nazarene University, in three sets.
