Red Velvet Cake Truffles
Valentine’s Day has come and gone, and so have my Valentine’s treats. This Valentine’s Day I was busy making several favorite sweets. I started out with heart-shaped sugar cookies, complete with pink frosting and red sprinkles. Then I made chocolate dipped strawberries with both white and milk chocolate. I ended ...

Caramel Corn Chex Mix
As a big fan of white chocolate, this was the perfect treat for me. I loved how some of the mix was covered in white chocolate, but some was covered in caramel. Also, cranberries and nuts are a great combination, so adding those to something even better made it perfect!

Coconut cream pie is sweet, yet filling. Reverend Ira Despain, Baker University minister, found this out at 11:45 a.m. Thursday outside of Osborne Memorial Chapel when he took a pie to the face.
