Last week, my mom sent me a text message with a picture of a cute cookie she had received from a co-worker. Instantly, I knew what my next treat would be. These Nutter Butter mummies were perfect for Halloween and very easy to make!
Ingredients - Nutter Butter cookies (as many as you want) - Vanilla Almond bark (about 1 pkg, depending on how many cookies you are using) - Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
-
Melt the vanilla almond bark in a bowl.
-
Place the Nutter Butters, one by one, in the almond bark, until covered completely.
-
Use a fork to lift the Nutter Butter out of the almond bark and tap off excess almond bark.
-
Place cookies on wax paper.
-
Place two mini chocolate chips on each Nutter Butter, to look like eyes.
-
After the cookies have set for about 5 minutes, pour a little bit of the almond bark into a Ziplock bag.
-
Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, and squeeze the almond bark over each Nutter Butter in a zig-zag pattern to look like the cloth wrapping of a mummy.
-
Let set, and enjoy!
These yummy mummies are perfect because you can make 5 of them, or 50 of them. They're also adorable!
