February 1, 2012
Throughout my entire life, I have dreamed of traveling and discovering what the rest of the world has to offer. During 10 days in January, I had the opportunity to do just that through an interterm travel experience to London and Paris.
The trip was meant to provide students with the chance to tour some of the most well-known art and science museums in the world. However, I returned to the United States with much more than pictures and souvenirs.
I experienced cultures very different from my own. I saw architecture with more detail and beauty than I can even begin to describe, and I realized that my lifestyle and way of thinking may not always be the best or most efficient.
I am so thankful that I was able to participate in this interterm trip, and I am on the edge of my seat waiting for another opportunity to return to Europe.
